The Department of Drugs Control, Government of Puducherry (23 February 2026) has issued a circular directing all manufacturers and drug testing laboratories to use authentic Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), IP Reference Standards (IPRS), and Impurity Standards for quality testing of drugs.
